We don't take online bookings and walk-ins are welcome, but calling ahead means you won't wait and we can make sure the right jewelry is ready for you.

It depends on the piercing. Ear lobes are from 4 years old, most ear and facial piercings have a minimum age between 12 and 16, and cheeks, nipples and genital piercings are 18+ only. The minimum age for each piercing is on the price list. Minors need a parent or legal guardian with them.

A quick pinch, then it's over. Most people say it's far less than they expected. We work quickly and talk you through every step.

Never. Guns can't be sterilized, cause blunt-force trauma and use poor-quality jewelry. Every piercing here is done with a single-use sterile needle.

Implant-grade titanium (ASTM F-136) or solid 14k/18k gold, in a size that allows for swelling. Once swelling settles we downsize it to a snug fit. The service is free, you only pay for the shorter piece.

Usually not for a fresh piercing, because we can't verify the material or fit. For healed piercings, bring it in and we'll take a look.

Eat a proper meal, drink water, skip alcohol for 24 hours, and bring government photo ID. Arrive with clean skin and hair you can tie back for ear piercings.

No swimming pools or hot tubs for a minimum of 12 weeks, the standard for every new piercing. Lakes and rivers count too. See our aftercare page for full details.

Don't panic and don't take the jewelry out. Message us or come in. Most irritation is fixed with a jewelry adjustment or a tweak to your routine.
