A studio built on doing it right
Peachey Piercing started with one simple idea: people in the Peace Region deserve the same quality of piercing and jewelry you'd find in a big city studio.
How it all started
Krista Peachey founded Peachey Piercing after years of watching people settle for rushed piercings, low-quality jewelry and little to no aftercare support.
Having experienced complications with her own piercings as a teenager, she understood firsthand how important proper technique, quality jewelry and knowledgeable aftercare truly are. She knew there had to be a better way to approach body adornment.
She envisioned a studio where clients could feel supported from the initial consultation through the entire healing process, not simply pierced and sent out the door. A place where expertise and artistry could exist alongside warmth, comfort and genuine connection. She began her formal training in 2009 and never looked back.
Krista is deeply committed to continued education, continually refining her skills and staying current with advancements in the piercing and body jewelry industry. Her vision is to offer an elevated experience where clients can express themselves through body adornment in a way that is safe, intentional and entirely their own.
Today, Peachey Piercing has grown into a two-piercer studio with an apprentice in training. The studio's jewelry collection features multiple cases of carefully selected, North American made, implant-grade jewelry, chosen for quality, craftsmanship and longevity. Its loyal clientele extends well beyond Dawson Creek, built largely through word of mouth and a reputation for exceptional work.
Yet the heart of Peachey Piercing remains unchanged: careful work, honest advice, exceptional jewelry, and an experience designed to last.

Krista Peachey
Krista is the founder of Peachey Piercing and the heart behind the studio. With years of professional piercing experience and a deep passion for fine jewelry, she is known for the genuine care she brings to every client, her calming presence, gentle technique and meticulous attention to detail. She has built her business around a philosophy of exceptional craftsmanship, personalized service and thoughtful body adornment.
Above all, Krista believes in honesty. She will always tell you what is, and isn't, realistically going to heal well based on your anatomy and lifestyle. For her, the healing and long-term wearability of each piercing is paramount, and your long-term experience always comes before the sale.
Specialties: children's ear piercings, curated ear projects, dental jewelry, and advanced technical piercings including cheeks, high nostrils, dermal anchors, surface piercings and genital piercings.
Michelle Parker
With over four years of experience in the piercing industry, Michelle Parker began her journey as an assistant and receptionist before embarking on her formal apprenticeship a year ago. Under the mentorship of Krista Peachey, she has developed a strong foundation in anatomy, aseptic technique, jewelry materials and the technical intricacies of various piercing procedures.
Her passion for piercing stems from a desire to create a safe, welcoming space where individuals can express their identity through personal adornment. Witnessing the joy, confidence and empowerment that self-expression inspires is one of the most meaningful and rewarding aspects of her work.
What "done properly" means here
Sterile, every time
Single-use sterile needles, sterilized tools, fresh gloves and a clean setup for every client. Piercing guns are never used, on anyone, for anything.
Implant-grade jewelry
Only implant-grade titanium (ASTM F-136) and solid 14k/18k gold from reputable makers. No mystery metals, no plated jewelry in fresh piercings.
Honest conversations
If your anatomy won't support a piercing, we'll tell you and suggest something that will. We'd rather lose a sale than give you a piercing that won't heal.
Aftercare that continues
Check-ups are always free, and so is the downsizing service, you only pay for the shorter piece we install. Have a question at week three? Message us. Healing is part of the service, not an afterthought.
Anatomy-first placement
Placement is marked, checked in the mirror and adjusted until it's right for your body, not copied from a photo.
All ages, done right
Gentle first piercings for kids (with a parent or guardian and ID) and full consultations for anyone taking on a bigger project.
